Getting around By Bus:
Corfu's bus service radiates from the capital. There are two terminals: the islandwide green bus service is based on Avramiou (also for Athens and Thessaloniki), and the suburban blue bus system, which also serves nearby resorts such as Benitses and Dassia, is based in Platia Saroko. Islandwide
services stop between 6 and 8.30pm, suburban ones at around 10pm. Printed English timetables are available for both and can be picked up at the tourist office or the respective terminals.
